Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in running The Cannabist Company’s Green Solution cannabis retail store in Fort Collins, Colorado. The role leads daily store operations and staff, drives sales and profitability, ensures compliance with cannabis regulations, manages inventory and cash/POS processes, supports recruiting, scheduling, training, and performance management, and handles customer service escalations. It pays $24 per hour plus benefits and requires at least one year of retail management or supervisory experience, age 21 or older, and a current or attainable MED badge.
