Citi Trends is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, sales performance, customer experience, inventory control, shrink prevention, compliance, and staffing efforts. The role partners with the Store Manager to supervise associates, assist with hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and retention, and maintain a safe, organized, customer-focused retail environment.
