Wibra is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for its Amsterdam Osdorp store. The role is a hands-on retail management position supporting the Store Manager, working alongside the team, coordinating deliveries and shop-floor operations, coaching colleagues, helping with scheduling, and taking the lead when the Store Manager is absent. The position offers 32–38 hours per week, a gross monthly salary of €2,619–€2,751 based on 38 hours, vacation days, premium pay for Sundays and public holidays, a staff discount, pension fund membership, and progression to Store Manager. Applicants need retail experience, MBO-level working ability, physical fitness, organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to work actively with the team.
