The Assistant Shop Manager supports the Shop Manager in the day-to-day operation of a fashion store, taking overall responsibility when the manager is absent. The role combines administrative work with active shop-floor presence, customer service, customer loyalty, and visual merchandising. Candidates need at least five years of sales experience in a premium environment, strong coaching and people-management skills, and fluent Dutch and French.
