Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily retail operations, takes responsibility when the Store Manager is absent, coaches and motivates the team, provides tailored customer advice, monitors performance, and contributes to store growth. The role requires retail leadership or sales experience, communication, coaching ability, commercial results orientation, fluent Dutch, and a flexible schedule.
