The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in running an electronics store, coaches and motivates colleagues, advises customers on tailored solutions, and leads the store when the Store Manager is absent. The role requires extensive sales or leadership experience, fluent Dutch, and Saturday work in exchange for a weekday day off.
