Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager and leads the sales team in a growing electronics company. Responsibilities include taking over store operations when the Store Manager is absent, coaching and motivating employees, providing tailored customer advice, analyzing performance, and helping achieve commercial goals. The role requires relevant experience, coaching and leadership ability, commercial and analytical skills, initiative, and a very good command of Dutch. It is a full-time position of 36 hours per week with a fixed weekday day off and Saturday work, offering meal vouchers, hospitalization insurance, a staff discount, training, and career progression opportunities.
