Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the day-to-day operation of a retail store in Oudenaarde, coaches and motivates the sales team, helps maintain store presentation, supports scheduling and commercial objectives, promotes product knowledge, advises customers, and covers for the Store Manager when absent. The role requires initial retail management experience, a commercial and customer-oriented mindset, organizational ability, initiative, and willingness to work weekends.
