Description
The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in operating a retail store, including opening and closing, financial controls, sales support, staff coaching, customer service, merchandising, inventory, store software, and KPI targets. The role reports to the Store Manager, General Manager, or Area Manager, may supervise Customer Service Associates and Stockpersons, and may require transportation, background checks, drug testing, and a TAM Card depending on location. The position is hourly with possible overtime and may require at least one six-day work week during December or January.
