Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in running a well-known supermarket, coaching and motivating employees, monitoring inventory and order placement, creating staff schedules, maintaining cash-register and administrative records, and working on the shop floor from stocking shelves to assisting customers at checkout. The role requires availability for early and late shifts at least twice weekly, five days per week including Saturdays, and offers 32 or 36 hours per week.
