AutoZone is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, assist the Store Manager with recruiting, scheduling, training, and developing store personnel, and drive sales and profitability. The role oversees customer service, inventory, merchandising, safety compliance, budgeting, profit-and-loss analysis, and operational efficiency, while requiring automotive parts knowledge, leadership experience, strong communication, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Spanish-English communication and ASE certification are preferred.
