Description
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in running an automotive retail store, including driving sales through product promotion and upselling, advising customers on automotive parts and accessories, coaching and developing team members, managing inventory and deliveries, and taking responsibility for the store when the Store Manager is absent. The role seeks a retail leader with strong customer service, sales, coaching, and store operations skills, with retail or automotive experience advantageous but not essential.
