The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in running an automotive retail store, including driving sales, advising customers on automotive parts and accessories, coaching and developing team members, managing inventory and deliveries, and taking responsibility for the store when the Store Manager is absent. The role seeks a retail leader with customer service, sales, coaching, and store operations experience; automotive experience is advantageous but not essential.
