Carter’s is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead a baby and children’s apparel store, manage sales-floor operations and workforce, coach employees, support recruiting and training, analyze business results, execute merchandising and promotional plans, reduce loss, and build customer loyalty. The role requires retail or related management experience, a high school diploma or GED, leadership and communication skills, and availability for scheduled days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $18.00–$24.00 per hour based on experience and location.
