Carter’s is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a baby and children’s apparel retail store. The role focuses on workforce management, customer service, sales-floor operations, employee coaching and development, recruiting, merchandising, promotional execution, financial reporting, loss prevention, and building customer loyalty. Candidates need at least one year of retail or related management experience, a high school diploma, leadership and communication skills, and availability for scheduled days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $18.70–$25.00 per hour based on experience and location.
