Citi Trends is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, sales performance, customer experience, inventory control, compliance, staffing, hiring, onboarding, and associate development. The role partners with the Store Manager, supervises store associates, maintains appropriate staffing levels, and provides coaching and performance support. A high school diploma or equivalent and 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role are required, while 3–5 years of overall retail experience is preferred. The position requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends and basic math skills.
