Clarks is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the retail team and driving daily store operations. The role combines leadership, customer service, KPI management, and operational oversight, with flexibility to work a seven-day shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays. Candidates should have retail leadership, supervisory, or keyholder experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
