The role supports the Store Manager in team development, sales performance, workforce scheduling, visual merchandising, inventory control, and in-store/community activations, while also contributing social media content for TikTok/Reels. The position requires 5+ years of retail experience, 2+ years in a high-volume management role, strong leadership and labor management skills, and full availability including holidays.
