Description
Comoto Holdings is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the overall success of a Cycle Gear store by managing sales associates, driving sales, coaching and mentoring the team, maintaining product knowledge, and handling store operations such as opening and closing, returns, special orders, and merchandising. The role offers an hourly base pay of $16–$22 plus uncapped tiered commission, full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, accident, paid time off, a 401K, and an employee discount, and requires at least two years of sales management, product sales, customer service, and team leadership experience, along with computer and POS experience.
