Description
Cornerstone Support Services is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily thrift-store operations, staff supervision, customer service, inventory, merchandising, donations, sales performance, and store opening and closing. The role also includes mentoring team members and volunteers, stepping into the Store Manager role when needed, and requires 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, leadership experience preferred, POS familiarity, and the ability to lift 50–75 pounds and work on feet for extended periods.
