Description
Cotopaxi is hiring an entry-level, full-time Assistant Store Manager for its Cotopaxi Retail Store in Seattle Premium Outlets in Tulalip, Washington. The role partners with the Store Manager to coach and develop the team, lead sales-floor operations, manage scheduling, inventory, visual merchandising, KPIs, and store performance, and serve as a point person for store leadership when the Store Manager is absent. The position pays $26.00 per hour plus bonus potential and requires 1–3 years of retail experience, operational tool experience, scheduling flexibility, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on one’s feet.
