Curaleaf is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in developing and leading a retail team, delivering customer service, coaching employees, managing store operations, handling cash and bookkeeping, monitoring inventory, and driving sales and financial targets. The role requires at least one year of retail or customer-service experience, one year of retail supervisory experience, experience in a heavily regulated industry, strong leadership and sales skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights. The position offers $50,000–$55,000 USD and includes benefits such as paid time off, parental leave, a 401(k), and life and disability insurance.
