Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports retail store sales and customer experience by driving revenue, managing inventory and visual merchandising, maintaining store operations, and coaching and recruiting employees. The role requires prior retail management experience, preferably at least one year in Assistant Manager responsibilities, strong sales and communication skills, POS and inventory-system proficiency, and the ability to perform physical merchandising tasks.
