Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports retail store performance by driving sales, developing customer experience, managing inventory and visual merchandising, enforcing loss prevention, and coaching and recruiting team members. The role works 32–40 hours per week as business needs change and requires prior retail management experience, preferably at least one year in Assistant Manager responsibilities, along with strong communication, technology, and coaching skills.
