The Assistant Store Manager drives retail sales and customer satisfaction, develops store strategy, and oversees opening and closing procedures, inventory management, visual merchandising, loss prevention, and team development. The role requires prior retail management experience, preferably at least one year in Assistant Manager responsibilities, strong sales and coaching skills, POS and CRM proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
