The Assistant Store Manager acts as the Store Manager’s right hand and store leader when the Store Manager is absent, supporting customer engagement, sales targets, staffing, retail operations, talent development, compliance, and team culture. The role requires retail sales experience, interviewing and hiring experience, coaching and training ability, flexible scheduling, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
