Extra Space Storage is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support one or more self-storage locations under the District Manager and Store Manager. The role combines customer relationship building, sales of storage units, insurance, and moving supplies, site cleanliness and safety inspections, billing and payment resolution, cash handling, and daily bank deposits. Candidates need at least one year of customer-facing experience, a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and a high school diploma or GED; sales experience and bilingual Spanish ability are preferred. The position pays $17.00–$19.00 per hour, offers a $500 sign-on bonus, and includes medical, retirement, paid time off, and wellness benefits.
