Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports one or more self-storage locations by maintaining cleanliness and safety, building customer relationships, presenting a structured sales process, managing customer accounts, resolving billing and security concerns, handling cash and payments, and supporting daily store operations. The role requires at least one year of customer-facing experience, sales experience is preferred, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license with access to a reliable personal vehicle. Compensation is $18.00-$21.00 per hour, with benefits including paid time off, a 401(k) match, medical options, and wellness programs.
