Extra Space Storage is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of one or more self-storage locations in the Spring Branch area. The role combines customer relationship management, sales, account handling, site cleanliness, safety inspections, billing and payment processing, and cash handling. Candidates need at least one year of customer-facing experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and access to a reliable personal vehicle; sales experience and college education are preferred. The position pays $16.50–$17.00 per hour and includes medical benefits, paid time off, a 401(k) match, and other benefits.
