Fossil Group is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and lead retail operations, including coaching and developing the team, recruiting and onboarding employees, monitoring sales and KPIs, maintaining store standards, providing product and selling training, chairing employee meetings, coordinating with centre management, and taking over store leadership when the Store Manager is absent. The role requires retail leadership experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, an analytical mindset, and confidence managing store operations.
