Fossil Group is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager and lead, develop, and inspire a retail team. The role supports daily store operations, enforces brand standards, coaches and trains employees, delivers exceptional customer service, and steps into leadership when the Store Manager is unavailable. Candidates should have 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or accessories, with leadership experience preferred; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
