The role covers commercial performance, KPIs, sales targets, team leadership, training, daily operations, stock control, audits, visual standards, wage controls, and stakeholder relationships. Candidates need at least four years of premium or luxury fashion retail management experience, strong leadership and customer-service skills, and knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and loss prevention. The position offers a basic salary of £33,948 per annum plus holiday, discounts, bonuses, and development opportunities.
