Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager by leading day-to-day store operations, supervising team members, handling customer service and cash register duties, managing schedules and inventory, enforcing safety and company policies, and completing foodservice, housekeeping, and reporting tasks. The role requires a valid unrestricted driver’s license, basic language and mathematical skills, the ability to work all shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays, and availability to work 40 hours per week.
