Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in operating a NAPA automotive parts retail store, with responsibility for customer-facing sales, inventory and receiving, delivery coordination, opening and closing, administrative tasks, store metrics, team coaching, and operational standards. The role is a developmental pathway to Store Manager, may require overtime and keyholder duties, and offers a starting hourly rate of $18.50 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
