NAPA is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager and lead a fast-paced retail store. The role manages store operations, sales, profitability, customer service, employee engagement, inventory and asset protection, safety, cleanliness, and operational and marketing programs. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, automotive or customer-service experience, knowledge of cataloging or inventory systems, and the ability to lift 60 pounds; ASE certifications and NAPA Know How are advantageous.
