Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in operating a NAPA automotive parts retail store, with responsibility for customer-facing sales, inventory and receiving, delivery coordination, opening and closing, administrative tasks, store metrics, safety, and team coaching. The role is a developmental pathway to Store Manager, may require overtime and keyholder duties, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, automotive or retail experience, leadership experience, inventory knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
