Description
The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager with daily retail store operations, including sales leadership, merchandising, inventory, customer service, training, scheduling, cash handling, deposits, safety compliance, and employee development. The role reports to the Store Manager, may assume management responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of retail, thrift, or consignment experience, flexible evening and weekend availability, and the ability to supervise and motivate staff.
