Description
The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in retail store operations, including driving sales, coaching Stylists, recruiting and staffing, managing transactions and inventory, overseeing visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards. The role requires fashion and men’s apparel knowledge, leadership, selling, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, along with a business-related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. It is a full-time, 40-hour store position with variable day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays, and pays $25–$27.
