The role supports the Store Manager by leading sales and client service, implementing client relationship management initiatives, maintaining operational and visual merchandising standards, controlling inventory, handling cash and register procedures, delegating work, and supervising, training, scheduling, and developing retail staff. Candidates should have at least three years of retail supervisory experience, strong communication, collaboration, decision-making, initiative, attention to detail, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
