J.Jill is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support store success by developing customer relationships, assisting with hiring and team development, analyzing sales trends, driving performance, providing styling recommendations, managing inventory and visual merchandising, and supporting daily store operations. The role requires at least one year of leadership experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays. Full-time associates are eligible for medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and other benefits, with a stated salary range of USD $25.00 to USD $26.00 per hour.
