The successful candidate will focus on providing excellent customer service, fostering client relationships, and implementing clienteling initiatives. They will also be responsible for training and mentoring the team, assisting in daily operational activities, monitoring productivity, analyzing sales data, and optimizing staff scheduling. Additionally, the role involves visual merchandising to attract and engage customers.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2-3 years’ experience of managing a standalone retail store (or Department Store floor)

Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
