JYSK is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily store operations, sales performance, team coaching, customer service, process optimization, and operational tasks such as checkout, stock replenishment, display setup, and deliveries. The role requires customer orientation, commercial and solution-oriented thinking, flexibility, physical readiness, and leadership skills. It offers a gross monthly salary supplemented by holiday pay and an end-of-year bonus, up to €2,500 in annual bonuses, meal and eco vouchers, a commuting allowance, flexible scheduling, vacation days, and other employee benefits.
