Description
JYSK is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, coach and motivate retail staff, improve store processes, advise customers, and ensure a positive shopping experience. The role requires MBO-level education or equivalent ability, at least one year of retail experience, fluent Dutch, some English, and flexibility. Compensation is a gross starting salary of €2,540–€3,150 per month, with bonuses, discounts, training, and progression opportunities toward Store Manager or District Manager.
