JYSK is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, coach and motivate retail staff, provide customer service, implement process improvements, and contribute to innovation. The role requires MBO-level work and thinking skills, at least one year of retail experience, fluent Dutch, some English, flexibility, and a results-oriented approach. The gross starting salary is €2,540–€3,150 per month, with bonuses, staff discounts, training, and advancement opportunities toward Store Manager or District Manager.
