Description
JYSK is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, coach and motivate retail staff, provide customer service, improve store processes, and use new technology and systems. The role requires MBO-level education or equivalent experience, at least one year of retail experience, fluent Dutch, some English, and flexibility. Compensation is a gross starting salary of €2,540–€3,150 per month, with bonuses, discounts, training, and progression opportunities toward Store Manager or District Manager.
