Description
JYSK is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, coach and motivate retail staff, improve store processes, provide customer service, and contribute to innovation. The role requires MBO-level work and thinking skills, at least one year of retail experience, fluent Dutch, some English, flexibility, and a results-oriented approach. Compensation is a gross starting salary of €2,540–€3,150 per month, with bonuses, staff discounts, training, and advancement opportunities toward Store Manager or District Manager.
