JYSK is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with store operations and sales performance. The role involves leading and motivating colleagues, planning information meetings, delivering customer service, optimizing processes, and assisting with checkout, restocking, displays, and goods transportation. Candidates should be customer-oriented, commercially and solution-oriented, flexible, physically capable, and have leadership skills. The position offers a gross monthly salary supplemented by holiday pay and an end-of-year bonus, up to 2,500 euros in annual bonuses, meal and eco-vouchers, travel allowance, a 35-hour week, flexible hours, public holidays, and other benefits.
