Description
Kohl’s is seeking an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager to oversee store operations and/or merchandising, develop associates, and drive sales and profitability. The role manages product receiving, stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment, floor replenishment, visual merchandising, pricing, loss prevention, customer service, training, and key performance indicators. Candidates must be at least 18, have supervisory and coaching experience, strong communication and decision-making skills, and flexible availability; retail experience and a college degree or equivalent education and experience are preferred.
