Kohl’s is hiring an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager to oversee store operations and/or merchandising, develop associates, maintain inventory and visual merchandising standards, lead customer service and pricing activities, support loss prevention, and drive sales and profitability. The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication and people-management skills, and flexible availability; a college degree or equivalent education and two years of retail or similar experience is preferred. The pay range is $73,200 to $117,100, with relocation assistance available and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other programs.
