Description
Kohl’s is hiring an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager to oversee store operations and/or merchandising, coach and develop associates, maintain inventory and visual merchandising standards, manage pricing and loss-prevention activities, and drive sales and profitability. The role requires team supervision, strong communication and decision-making skills, flexible availability, and preferably retail management experience; a college degree or equivalent education and two years of retail or similar experience is preferred. The pay range is $65,000 to $104,800, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
